"We just moved to Oregon and got in touch with Rich Utti's agency to transfer our State Farm policies. Rich was very helpful in setting up my wife''s Medicare supplement (AARP and others attest that State Farm has the best medigap service--who knew!?). Ashley spent a very, very long time helping us set up our auto, homeowners and umbrella liability policies. She is very knowledgeable. My wife and I were professors, so we ask a lot of questions, more than many people can handle, but Ashley patiently explained everything. Since we are rehabbing our house, an old farmhouse, we were concerned about homeowners insurance, but for the interim the agency and State Farm are accepting our signed contracts, deposits, and scheduling of electrical and hvac upgrades. That takes more work on the agency's part. Ashley also provided me with advice today about an accident, as I was welcomed to Oregon by a woman hitting me this past Friday. That claim is with Allstate, as that driver was at fault, but I really appreciated Ashley taking the time to lay out the process, so that I know what to expect. You can't go wrong with these folks; they are like the helpful insurance agents I met when I first started driving 40+ years ago."
